GARY LINK. Attorney at Law. Graduated 7th in his class at McGeorge School of Law since 1979. Representing Landlords and property owners in the landlord-tenant field of law. He has handled over 35,000 eviction case and litigated over 10,000 eviction trials. He is the author of the booklet entitled "HOW TO WIN IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT", co-author of a National Business Institute Publication entitled " RESIDENTIAL AND COMERICIAL EVICTIONS IN CALIFORNIA" He is a legal advisor for the Rental Housing Association, an arbitrator for the Sacramento Superior Courts, and has sat for many years as Judge Pro Tem for the Sacramento Superior Court. He is a Director of the California Apartment Association Board of Directors. He is President of the Law office of Gary Link, Inc.

CHRISTIAN RAMSEY Mr.Ramsey's 11 year background includes time spent at Wells Fargo Business Banking Group, two years as an external wholesaler for a national money management firm and more than six years in the independent advisor community. His designation include: FINRA Series:6 Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative, 7 General Securities Representative 63 Uniform State Securities Law Exam, 65 NASAA-Investment Advisors Law Exam, department of Insurance: Life, Disability, & Variable Products. He is a fee based Financial Advisor and expert in Estate Planning. He has finished writing a book on Estate Planning and Exit strategies for real estate. Odell Murry is a real estate investor and creator of Refi-to-Riches, as well as Founder and President of MAI Financial Services, Inc., a firm with offices throughout California. With 40 years of real estate and senior-level management experience. Odell is a licensed real estate broker, a licensed and bonded mortgage banker, a certified business finance consultant, a member of the California Mortgage Association, member of National Mortgage Bankers Association, member of the National Association of Realtors, member of the California Association of Realtors, and a member of Burbank Board of Realtors.

He has served on the Board of Directors of Vallejo General Hospital and he has been a Judicial Receiver.

Odell purchased his first investment property at age 17 and has been involved in the ownership and management of millions of dollars in residential, commercial and industrial real estate investments since 1967. His real estate projects have included ownership of multiple single-family rentals, multiple apartment buildings, development land, ranch properties, and ownership interest and managing partner of the Emeryville Business Center.

He has refinanced many projects, from 213,000-square-foot industrial properties in Los Angeles to major office buildings in Union Square San Francisco to a Rite-Aid Drug store in Las Vegas.

Prior to his current involvement in the finance business Odell spent two decades in the retail industry. he worked his way through college as a management trainee and became the youngest general store manager for the F.W. Woolworth Company at age 20.

His various positions in several major retail companies included general store manage, store director, college recruiter, advertising director and president. After serving as a commissioned officer in the United States Army he became a leading retail executive at Woolworth and Mervyns, and ended his retail career in 1989 as President of Gateway Marketplace, an affiliate of The Price Club (later became "Costco Wholesle)

The United States Chamber of Commerce voted him "Outstanding Young Man of America: in 1982. He has been guest on radio talk shows and appeared on the televised "Window on Wall Street" to introduce innovative business concepts to the viewing audience. He was invited to the White House twice during the Regan and Clinton administrations.

Odell lectures at Refi-to Riches programs, the "Rule of Nines", the "Hands Free-Turn Key Real Estate Investment System" and the "Power Down" and "Power Cycle" Systems to Create a Personal Debt-Reduction Program.
